It will be windy in the north on Tuesday, with rain pushing into the Northern Isles and north-west Scotland. Dry elsewhere with bright or sunny spells.
On Wednesday, rain is expected to push across north-western parts of the UK but the south and east should remain dry and bright.
More widespread rain on Thursday for the north and west but drier towards the south and east.
