It’s not long before October is upon us and time to prepare for the 2026 Long Jump.
Find a suitable balloon, borrow a few more tanks and most importantly find a long suffering friend who will drop everything at short notice and agree to a silly-o’clock start to retrieve you on your epic flight.
Choose your favourite weather information site and wait for a day which offers a direction with minimal controlled airspace and nice big fields at destination.
