Tonight

Tonight will see a band of heavy rain and strong winds spread eastwards through the night. Clear spells will develop behind it, followed by a few scattered showers in western areas.

Friday

Outlook for Saturday to Monday

Any rain clearing the south-east on Saturday morning, leaving a very windy day with blustery showers and spells of rain in the north and west. Risk of gales to severe gales in the west. Drier on Sunday, but some patchy rain and light showers in western areas. Windy at first, easing later. Rain pushing southwards on Monday, clearing to sunshine and blustery showers in the north.
