Tonight

Tonight, a band of rain will push southwards into Northern Ireland and south Scotland. Behind it, clear spells and a few showers. Partly cloudy elsewhere, but a few showers in the south-west. Breezy.

Thursday

Tomorrow, the band of rain in Northern Ireland and south Scotland will push southwards into northern parts of Wales and England. Ahead and behind of this, sunny spells and a few showers in the west.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday

Friday morning will see cloud and rain clear from the south-east. A few showers may be lingering in the west and along some coasts for a time, but these will ease during the afternoon to leave clear skies for all. Dry and fine on Saturday under the influence of high pressure. Showers may drift into the south-east on Sunday, while cloud and light rain move into the north-west.
