Day 15 – Good flying weather



A deep low pressure system is centred to the southeast of Greenland. Low pressure is also centred to the south of Italy, with a frontal linkage lying from Tunisia to the Black Sea. High pressure lies across much of western Europe. A cold front lies to the west of the UK, with a warm front over eastern Scotland.

Today:

Cloudy and breezy across northwestern parts of the UK with rain, which may turn heavy at times. Dry and sunny across most of England and Wales after a chilly start, although cloudier around western coasts. Brighter in Northern Ireland later.
Tonight:

Outbreaks of rain or showers across the northwestern UK, spreading gradually southeast. Dry and cold in southeastern England, with a risk of fog patches and perhaps a touch of frost.
Sunday:

Chilly in southeast England at first. Variable cloud across England and Wales may give some light rain. Sunny spells with blustery, sometimes heavy, showers in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
