Day 10 – rain later

Today
A dry start in the south, but soon turning wet as rain pushes south-eastwards across England and Wales. Scattered showers will linger over northern Scotland throughout. Dry, but cloudy elsewhere.

Tonight
Tonight there will be scattered showers for northern Scotland, and southern areas, elsewhere will stay dry. Clear spells in places, especially later in the night. Blustery winds around the coasts

Sunday
Tomorrow will bring a bright and dry start for most, with cloud thickening later. Any lingering showers will clear by the afternoon. Rain will begin to edge into north-western areas in the evening.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday
Monday will be turning unsettled as a band of rain moves across the UK, but turning drier in western areas as rain clears to the east in the afternoon. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a few showery outbreaks of rain, mostly in southern and eastern areas. Wednesday will be a dry day for most, with plenty of sunny spells, however with a scattering of showers in the south-east.
