The lunch

The prize giving lunch will follow the same format as previous years and I now need to count up how many are coming and what they want to eat !

Time 12pm onwards.

Anybody welcome, but I must know who’s coming, and please get your team to read the menu below and let me know their choices of food so I can tell the kitchen!

Let’s meet in the bar on arrival – then eat lunch in our private room at about 1pm, then I will announce the winners and present the trophies etc. and distribute reports and mugs.

Every one settles their own bill directly with the Hotel reception.
